Tong Ping Tai Chi Chuan

Founded by the late Sifu Kai Leung, Tong Ping Tai Chi is a style: originating from the Wu form of Tai Chi Chuan.

Practice of Tong Ping Tai Chi includes 8 health exercises, basic movements, the 108 pattern form, the long-sword, pushing-hands exercises and self-defense techniques.

The practice of Tai Chi Chuan enables the student to eliminate irrelevant thoughts, focus the mind and create ideal conditions for the nervous system to function properly.

It has all the benefits of physical sport, as well as those of meditation.

Teaching at Wong Kung Fu

The principal teacher at Wong Kung Fu is Mr. Sui Meing Wong. Born in Canada, he has been practicing Chinese martial arts for over twenty years.
He has studied Wing Chun Kung Fu, Choy Li Fut Kung Fu, Zhineng Chi Kung and Tong Ping Tai Chi.

Classes at Wong Kung Fu are taught in a serious atmosphere where each student is encourages to develop according to their own potential.

Students receive the benefit of both group work and individual instruction.
